ABOUT ME

I am a clinical herbalist and spiritual healing guide with deep reverence for the wisdom of nature. I received formal training in plant medicine from Cornell University and have been practicing herbalism and nutrition for over ten years. I also studied Ayurveda in California over a decade ago, integrating both modern and ancient healing practices into my work. I have had the privilege of learning from generational plant medicine keepers and tribal elders. Rooted in earth-based spirituality, I offer healing that is intuitive, intentional, and grounded in the sacred relationship between plants, spirit, and the body. My work is a devotion to the remembrance of wholeness, achieved through nature’s intelligence, energetic healing, and personalized herbal formulations.
