Together, we co-create a path that supports your unique needs and intentions. Through clinical herbalism, intuitive energy work, and ancestral food wisdom, I offer a grounded and spiritually aligned approach that honors your whole being — body, mind, and spirit. You will be held in a space of care, reverence, and possibility, with the knowledge and guidance to gently recalibrate your body and soul, helping you return to a state of embodied wholeness and inner harmony.
Clinical Herbal + Nutritional Consultation
75–90 minutes – $115
A comprehensive intake to explore your health story and uncover the root causes of imbalances. Together, we’ll create a customized plan using plant medicine, nutritional support, and lifestyle guidance tailored to your body, spirit, and personal journey. I will craft personalized plant formulations and a nutrition plan to support your unique needs, whether for pain relief, emotional balance, digestive health, skin conditions, or overall vitality. This includes 2 weeks of email support. Herbs sold separately.
Clinical Herbal Follow-Up
30–45 minutes – $60
A check-in to assess your progress, refine plant formulations, adjust nutritional recommendations, and offer continued support. We’ll evolve your healing protocol based on your body’s response and shifting needs, keeping you aligned with your overall wellness goals.
Spiritual Healing Session
60 minutes – $108
This intuitive energy session draws from multiple healing modalities — including reiki, aura clearing, plant spirit connection, and guided spiritual support. Tailored to your energetic body and inner process. You’ll leave feeling clear, grounded, and aligned.

In-person sessions are available in Ithaca, NY and remote options are offered via Zoom. All herbal protocols include ethically sourced, high-quality herbal recommendations. Custom formulas available upon request.
Sliding Scale / Reparations
I offer a limited number of sliding-scale sessions each month for BIPOC, low-income, or historically marginalized folks. Please contact me directly to inquire — no one is turned away for lack of funds.
